C10 is a premium quality anti-freeze anti-boil concentrate that contains specially formulated inhibitors designed to protect cooling systems from the effects of corrosion and extend the period at which the coolant needs changing.

ICT has deliberately produced C10 with the aim of offering the best possible protection to the cooling system with no compromise on quality. C10 is suitable for all makes and models, unless otherwise stated by the engine manufacture. C10 will offer users long lasting protection from corrosion.

C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil should be used at the concentration recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. In the absence of such guidance, it should be diluted with good quality water to give solutions in the concentration range of 30-50 % v/v. As a general rule, the recommended standard for post warranty servicing of vehicles is to dilute one part C-10 with two parts water by volume (33% v/v). C-10 has an ethylene glycol content of 950 ml/L.

C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil has a minimum service life of three years, or 60,000km, in a well maintained engine cooling circuit (33% v/v). Service life may be extended when used in a well maintained cooling system circuit at 50% v/v up to a maximum of 4 years or 120,000km.

ICT advises against indiscriminate mixing of different coolant formulations. Mixing different coolants may cause precipitation of inhibitor components and potentially result in overheating and reduced corrosion protection.

C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil is compatible with Aluminium or copper/brass and mixed Aluminium, Copper/Brass cooling circuits. It is a low silicate formulation based on monoethylene glycol and is free of nitrite, phosphate and amine inhibitors.

C-10 Anti-Freeze / Anti-Boil is produced as a green liquid. Bittering agents are deliberately added, at a rate of 10ppm, to reduce the risk of accidental poisoning by ingestion.
